Its main interface is very friendly and intuitive. It basically consists of three well identified panels - one for the client administration (where you can see a list of all your existing clients, add new ones, edit their information or delete any of them), another panel for the "client folder" (where you can see a list of all the documents and items related to a specific customer) and, finally, the template library, where you can have quick access to any of the pre-defined document models. The program allows you to store very detailed information about your clients, including their full name, Social Security number, date of birth, work, home and cell phone numbers, address, ZIP code, e-mail address, client number and code, and whatever free comments you want to add for a client. You can even include basic information about your client’s spouse.
When you select a client and one of the templates available, a document editor will open showing you the document's structure. It is a basic text editing module that includes all the necessary tools to create, open, save, and print documents, as well as to justify, cut, copy, and paste text, and apply basic formatting to it (like bold, italics, and underline).
